Are Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) to Wi-Fi gateways that transmit signals between BEEKs Beacons and the cloud of HID Global’s end-to-end IoT ecosystem.

Battery-powered, they can be installed anywhere and have a battery life of 15 days in standard mode and up to 6 months in power management mode (updates every 10 minutes) before needing to be recharged.

Also available in a weather-resistant enclosure with solar panel power for outdoor applications.

In combination with the corresponding Bluzone cloud services, BluFi allows BEEKs beacons to be managed centrally.

The cloud transfers new messages, performs firmware updates, verifies sensor data, and remotely monitors battery status.

Their unique design allows BluFi devices and BEEK beacons to reliably transmit even in densely populated WiFi environments.

Notifications based on the policy are received via email or web service.

HID Global Location Services, powered by Bluvision

A real-time resource tracking and item management platform

HID condition monitoring services, enabled by Bluvision, include a range of sensor beacons for motion, temperature, light, vibration, and even magnetic field.

Sensor data is sent via BluFi gateway to Bluzone Cloud for operational analysis of motorized equipment performance, capacity load, door open status, etc.

Beacon BEEK effectively identify the locations of resources within a warehouse, campus, or production facility.

The calculation of the BEEK position is based on the received signal strength and other factors measured by the BluFi devices installed in standard power outlets in the area to be monitored, such as an office or a production warehouse.

With BluFi, it’s easy and cost-effective to cover an area with BLE to internet connectivity, enabling centralized management, real-time condition monitoring, or localization services with a fraction of the effort required by alternative technologies.
