HID MOBILE ACCESS – Powered by SEOS technology, access credentials once stored on cards or tags can now be easily activated on your smartphone for Office Integration, Building Access, Touchless Entry

SEOS technology allows the access codes resident on the cards/tags to be injected into the SMARTPHONE, thus MOBILE ACCESS emulate a smart card in all respects.

The new HID readers, equipped with the additional NFC/BLUETOOTH module, intercept the data resident in the mobile phone and send it to the software. It works on all latest generation SMARTPHONE types.

No problem for existing systems. The conversion is extremely simple. The Wiegand output easily interfaces with most access control panels with Wiegand protocol.

Even as regards the cards used by the customer, there are no problems: the new HID Multiclass readers recognize almost all cards: HID, MIFARE, 125 KHz etc.

The customer can also issue temporary credentials for temporary workers, suppliers or visitors. Also defining the time slots.

Regarding access to company printers, printing authorization can be authorized with the smartphone.

The customer can choose whether to use the credentials in twist and go or tap and go mode, but this is a technical issue that will have to be managed in the field.

WEB CREDENTIALS

Credential management is managed by the CUSTOMER via a portal provided by HID. The customer can independently issue, suspend or revoke employee credentials. Quickly and easily.

The WEB credential can be used for physical access and logical access, as is normally done with the smart card for access control, attendance management and PC authentication.

WEB credentials are used for hotel management. There is no longer any need to give the keys to the booked room.

The WEB credentials are sent at the time of booking to the customer’s SMARTPHONE for access to the booked room for the scheduled time.
